Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

Whois, sorry to say it but it looks to me the video was taken recently, not months ago.
I say this because looking at the surrounding trees I see the leaves changing colors.
It is fall in Korea so does that make sense now?
They probably need to wrap things up shortly for the year, maybe another month they can continue if they get lucky?
