- you do REALIZE that the BITUMEN RESERVOIR is AT LEAST 300 METERS BELOW the SURFACE

- there will be NO HIGHWAY DISTURBANCES as the WELL PADS will be AT LEAST 500 METERS AWAY from the ROAD SURFACE

- the DOTTED GREEN LINE AREA DEVELOPMENT PLANS show the PAYZONES WEST of Highway 63 {presently OPERATING} and EAST of Highway 63 [future development]
