Total liability including debts in equity accounted investment is approximately $1.3 Billion. 

Total Assets is around $1.6B. The problem is that realized sale price of these assets is a speculation. Remember Las Vegas Hotel asset that was a failure. 

Liability is real while asset value is speculation.  If they sell higher, then great but in most cases, due to the losses of many developers recently,  these Assets may not worth high. 

Plus the expenses and cash demands coming, plus condo glut in Toronto,  this may be worthless!!
