Agree that Terry did not invent the tax flow through mechanism that has helped a lot of small resource companies in Canada. But I have a number of junior Canadian miners that did not raise $20 million dollars of exploration funds at $1.25 when their shares were in the 65 cent range.And others companies whose shares were pushed down to get the deal to go through. Terry had to have investors that wanted the tax breaks and also pre-arranged buyers willing to accept a fixed price. That protected PN shareholders. It didn't hurt that the the secondary buyers included Robert Freidland (half of it) and also Rob McEwen. Not everyone pulled off financing that beneficial for the shareholders. I think you know that.
