RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:MPCT May be WorthlessDRM invested $550,000 in MPCT in Q2, instead of being paid cash. This is excellent news showing DRM believes the company will go up in value. I would rather pay in Units at full NAV, than pay management in cash. DRM is aligned with unitholders.

MPCT Insider Chairman bought $50,000 worth of MPCT units a couple weeks ago on the open market, because he believes the units are a good investment.

Your thesis is broken.

DRM makes money from.MPCT, D, DIR and other Dream subsidiaries plus owns 37.8% of MPCT which would continue to.increase via dilutions. This is why Cooper is heavily invested in DRM.
