I believe it was discussed here about the counterfeit Tesamorelin being sold for off label use.

Dr. Andrew Huberman, one of the the biggest, and probably the best, health and fitness podcasts in the world.

They begin talking about tesamorelin at about the 54 minute mark.

Also, I would like to note that I am not a body builder, dont even lift weights. But I exercise avidly and am often reading and researching about health optimization. In the past few months instagram has started to advertise tesamorelin to me.

The reason sales are taking off is that people are starting to take it for the vast amount off of label benefits that it has for everyone. Not just people suffering from HIV.
