Div increase on fiscal year end?

Div increase on fiscal year end? What are the thoughts on a div increase announced with Q4/YE numbers?

We are currently 6 quarters at this div rate - second longest time period they have maintained since 2000. Rates are coming down making loan losses slightly less concerning. Perhaps the removal of the DRIP bonus sets up well for this?

Love to hear thoughts.
