RE:Pip and Dragon's long shot. Explain to the board how wanting funding ( after 4.5 yrs of testing RSX, obviously a pipe dream when it was purchased and not even close to interesting anyone) is ranting and raving.?   Ucore needs money to advance projects
not a sprinkling of magic fairy dust  and not Ryan b s for yrs   This is business, not story time with cruddy folgers
