Shares had a high of $26 intra day August 15 2000 and I bought shares in a new issue @ $2.25 spring of 2002, Then shares traded 77 cents in 2019, all pre reverse of 25:
point is shares have been shall we say volatile?

Most important is bombardier has not had great management for 30 years nor real profits!

Good news guys, leadership unhindered by nepotism can make a change. Congratulations to the company's smart and dedicated employees too!
