Red Metal Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on growth through acquiring, exploring and developing copper-cobalt-gold assets in Chile. It is engaged in the business of mineral exploration in Chile with the objective to explore and, develop mineral properties. It has an interest in exploration and evaluation assets consisting of three copper-gold projects on two properties, which include the Farellon and Perth Projects both located on the Carrizal Property, and the Mateo Project located on the Mateo Property. The Farellon Property consists of over eight mining concessions totaling approximately 1,234 hectares. The Perth property is composed of nine mining and exploration concessions covering 2,044 hectares that lie over the border of the provinces of Huasco and Copiapo in the III Region of Chile, Region de Atacama. The project is situated 75 km northwest of the city of Vallenar, 20 km west of the Pan-American Highway.
