All very good points, Gary ... thanks for sharing your thoughts.

The bullish juices are coursing through my veins too! As central bank rate cuts become reality, I have a feeling we will push through $9 and $10 like a hot knife through butter, then start a steady climb toward an ever-growing NAV. The Shorts will be ever more anxious to exit their positions where they got in a couple years ago, and they will be writhing in agony when they discover there are no sellers for their panicked buy orders.
