As I already said
In the last 4 years false promises and broken timelines. 
No external one can say concious or unconscious. 
Ergo a shi.t management. 

I believe in the products and the applications and they will work incl. coming contracts. 

If the ceo must retire he can work as a consultant and/or mentor. 

I don't care.
