All good ideas for Excellon, but I think there is something wrong with Management.

The only break up "of their properties individually" will be through "liquidation" as in bankruptcy. IMO 

"restructure the debenture deal " may be to late as they are runing out of money ! 

Something will happen and I don't it will be good news.
