RE:Chris Blumas - BNN- BUY

RE:Chris Blumas - BNN- BUYThe only reason they were well capitalized because they issued shares to buy FH which was not deployed because of these AML issues. Billions of the cash raised on the issue instead was spent on fines , a useless and unproductive way to deploy capital and not for intended purpose. The decision hwnded down last week was very clear that the search and prosecution of those involved is still ongoing, a clear message that this thing is going on for a long time. Sure the USA is not a big part of the banks business but the other behemoths in Canada are not going to roll over and let TD gain market share domestically because they can't grow down south. Sure, one day it will right itself but investing is much more than clipping  coupons and in itself will not attract investors to a company with this oversight monster on its shoulders. There's been a very real migration out of td and into ry and bmo and it's long sighted investors understanding this is no regular slap on the hands and th3 coupon is not enough.
