RE:Why Kamala Harris Blames the DEA For Delay Her and Biden wanted to delay it for the election in case they needed it to win votes.  

They kicked off the DEA review and it came back positive, it's an easy win to legalize and they are just dragging it out to win votes.

Simple as that IMHO 

Trump is being reported as going ahead with a Joe Rogan interview. Highly likely Rogan will want to discuss legalization. Trump will likely say yes and that he will federally legalize and leave regulation to each of the individual states.

Mark my words, that's what Trump will end up doing
