can't back it up because he doesn't understand the subject he posted about - so switches to the US election 

Unfortunately for quinlash - he also has no clue as to the difference between federal and state jurisdiction, including the difference between federal and state law.

Regardless of who wins the election and regardless if it's legalized federally - the individual state will decide whether to allow cannabis to be sold in its jurisdiction - just like it is now.

Quinladhes uninformed prediction that Trump will leave it up to the state - is an example of his ignorance of how the system already works.

When Biden 'pardoned' those convicted of cannabis possession - he pardoned those convicted of possession on federal land - ie a guy smoking a joint in Yellowstone. Biden/trump/Harris have no authority over those in jail who were charged under state law - pardons there are under the authority of the governor.

Her and Biden wanted to delay it for the election in case they needed it to win votes.  

They kicked off the DEA review and it came back positive, it's an easy win to legalize and they are just dragging it out to win votes.

Simple as that IMHO 

Trump is being reported as going ahead with a Joe Rogan interview. Highly likely Rogan will want to discuss legalization. Trump will likely say yes and that he will federally legalize and leave regulation to each of the individual states.

Mark my words, that's what Trump will end up doing
