I only own a small position in Artis and other Reits as while l expect lower rates to be positive , in the long run , not necessarily at this time .My only other comment is yes there are some Skunks and other foul smellers her including Rotting Garbage Just the facts of life when cheats are tolerated in a world that seems to lack principals.Sad statement in my humble opinion , maybe Greyreins would like to comment , for his first and only time Ask for permission by all means , some posters have it correct .
