The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Yall should check other reit forums. They are crickets. You're lucky if you get one post a day.. let alone a week. Artis is buzzing due to my top earning regular posts on technicals and fundamentals.

On that note, artis grossly underperformed Canadian reits today. It's not looking promising. Gladly I sold 60k over 8 bucks and have hedged
