Good move trimming your bloated Artis position, Gary. I played too many games of Frogger in my earlier years, so I am wary of jumping in and out on raw instinct; but I do admire your courage.

Of course this leaves room for you to get back in if there is a market hiccough and we wind up back in in the low 7s.
