And more importantly why did they back out last minute?  It has nothing to do with what they thought was an ability to make profits with an investment here.  

Oh Erik,.., you could have had the keys to the volcano of profitability and you screwed it up .  You got rid of Steve, locked him out from returning,  replaced the entire board to your guys, and you messed it all up because you're inept.
