It was extremely disrespectful and at one point he apologized for speaking over the Democratic nominee and then continued to do so.
He had his marching orders set in front of him and he bullied his way through it.  If this is how the most significant woman in America is treated, I wonder how other women viewed how Harris was treated.
To her credit, she sat it out and responded to multiple attempts to put words in her mouth.  Presidential, absolutely!
