Maybe

1 Technically, looks like strong resistance at the mid $2.20's
2. Politically, a Short doesn't want the risk of a Harris win, which could  possibly whipsaw the sector
3. Plain old speculative rumors that someone big is eyeballing the cash, and thinking of  some type of amalgamation

Just maybe, eh
