Seems like it is undervalued

Seems like it is undervalued

If anyone could answer these questions for me, I would be very thankful:

gurufocus (website) says it has a pe ratio of 33 for the last twelve months - why has the EPS been so low? I just looked at marketbeat (website) and they show a rather normal EPS of around 5 for TTM. On the other hand: marketscreener also shows quite low EPS numbers for the last quarters. Confused here.

Marketscreener (website) says 2024 EPS are estimated to be 3,08 CAD. This would be a PE of 15,47. Do you think this EPS estimate is too pessimistic?

They seem to have a rather high order backlog - why are the EPS so volatile?
