RE:RE:RE:RE:Long road aheadHarley103,

You stated "
Ngc has excellent assets and perhaps someone has just realized it".  now That's an interesting assertion.
So, the Namibia assets are so excellent that NGC simply never operated those assets after having puchased them from Imerys SA.
Only later, a long while after the purchase of the assets from imerys SA, were we finally told that operating Okorusu and the Akanjande graphite mine was economically not feasable and that likely hundreds of thousands of dollars would be expensed to keep those assets on care and maintenance and $45 Million worth of capital would be needed to bring Akanjande into full scale production.

So, the licencing of the "PorocarbTM" "mere candidate" and not commercially viable anode additive product from
Heraeus Group and the purchasing of the Heraeus Group battery division by NGC (obviously allong with incurrung the various expenses relating to employees sallaries of course) is considered an excellent asset?

So, the purchasing from Imerys SA of the then known to Hugues Jacquemin et al to be nearer to entirely depleted graphite reserve over at Lac des Illes, LDI being closer to entirely depleted happening to be something not emphasized at the time nor anytime immediately thereafter by Hugues Jaquemin et al for then prospective NGC.V shareholders nor then existing NGC.V shareholders, is what you considered to be "an excellent asset" having been purchased? A specific failure to, at that time, duly inform NGC.V "minority" shareholders of such a fact being an "actionable intentional failure" on the part of Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Cam Birge et al.

Here's some food for thought for you Harley103.

Ask yourself why Hugues Jacqemin et al haven't yet been hauled into a courtroom and made to face the music?
Please do ask yourself that, especially when you suggest I should be sued.
Please have Hugues Jacquemin open that particular "door to discovery" and let us all just see what comes pouring out into the open and necessarily disinfected by the light being poured onto, into, throughout and all around, eh?
