RE:Pro Rata Calculation ComparisonMaybe both calculation works out to be the same because virtually everyone tendered. Let's try a smaller tender amount of say 3,500,000 shares tendered. Again 2 people tender, one 1000 share and the other 3,499,000 shares.
Now company's Pro Rata:
3,375,000 / 3,500,000 = 96.42857143%
1000 x 96.42857143% = 964.29 shares
3,499,000 x96.42857143% = 3,374,035.71 shares
Ok, now my Pro Rata:
1000 / 3,500,000 = 0.02857143%
0.02857143% of 3,375,000 = 964.29 shares!!!!
3,499,000 / 3,500,000 = 99.97142857%
99.97142857% of 3,375,000 = 3,374,035.71 shares!!!!!
It still works!!!!!!!!! Ok, results are Both the SAME!!! Theory is Correct, but some how my execution in calculation was wrong before.
Conclusion, no difference, but company's way of calculation shares is easier.
WOW..... Just CRAZY..... Got to go back and see what I did wrong on my first post here.
