GEM guarantees the backing to the crypto format selling the tokens after they are sold providing Cunningham in this case with a reduced return in cash.
GEM will not lend Cunningham Mining $208M up front to buy-out AMK and as such, Cunningham Mining has no quantified amount of gold in the ground to be exemplified as backing for their gold token to be listed as the NGTG$ token.
