BCSC cease trade due to failure to file financials

BCSC cease trade due to failure to file financialsLooks like the BCSC cease trade order filed yesterday says the order is being filed due to failure to file the financials.  So it will probably be a while before it can be lifted. Will have to close the financing first so they can pay someone to prepare the financials.  Not sure who would be willing to finance except maybe Steve?
