This has not traded for almost two and a half years.
Probably best to take the tax loss.You can always buy it back after
30 days if it resumes trading anytime soon.
Call your broker-they will underwrite the loss in your account.
At least in the mean time as you wait -you may be able to use your
tax loss refund on other investments.
All part of the game.
