In my opinion,

The stage has been set for a takeover by Debenture holders under bankruptcy terms when Excellon runs out of cash to pay the bills.

Debenture holders will own all of Excellons assets for under .10 cents.

This looks like where are haeded,, Debenture holders Win, Win, Win !
