Truss USA and Happy Flower are

Truss USA and Happy Flower are

hemp CBD and soon to be banned hemp delta9.

Bith of those are legal infused beverages - so what does US legalization have to do with your expansion theory?

Simple Simon also thought the U.S. would legalize a few years ago - when he gave guidance of $4 billion annual revenue by the end of 2024.

Based on this bad 'guess' he als overpaid for Hexo - and is now trying to sell off production facilities that Tilray never used and will never used.

Making business decisions on 'guesses' cost Tikray hundreds of millions in wasted investor cash.

Yoyre now suggesting Tilray is expanding its alcohol products because the U.S. might legalize in the next few years.

Is THAT the sort of stuff you find on the TKRY web page - misleading nonsense?

RE:Truss USA was available online

Maybe Tilray management believe that the upcoming election will speed up US legalization and that it's the right time to commence expansion.
