RE:RE:For someone who bought at 0,06Harley103,
You can repeat your lies all you like; doing so doesn't make your lies true.
I am a Northern Graphite Corporation shareholder who has experienced a closer to total annihialtion of my equity investment value, dur in large part to actions and the specific lack thereof attributable to Hugues Jacqemin, Greggory Bowes, Cam Birge et al.
Rain Carbon representatives are simply desperate and so too are NGC officers and directors. We certainly know that such shared desperation makes for strange bedfellows, so to speak.
You asked "Do you not think Rain Carbon did their due diligence on NGC and suggested "Sprott may have been involved". You said "Rain Carbon generates billions, you can bet their plenty brighter than the NGC board of directors."
Had "Sprott" actually been involved in finding and introducing Rain Carbon to the NGC mix, I would expect "Sprott" would have also arranged for a massive material and perhaps reduced share price affixed NGC.V equity financing initiative which Rain Carbon would pasrtake of.
Do you see any of that happening?
This recently announced JDA with Rain Carbon is most likely similar to that "PorocarbTM" developmental and commercialization licence and the purchase of that Germany based Heraeus Group battery division, i.e. it's all presently as useless as mammaries on a bull - kind of like Hugues Jacquemin et al.
You said "I am remaining cautiously optimistic strictly due to Bissett and their processing license."
You can be optimistic, cautiously or not; it doesn't amount to a hill of beans in terms of what has long been afoot here with Northern Graphite Corporation.
I have no confidence in Hugues Jacquemin et al looking out for our interests as NGC.V equities investors. They all came here to incessantly rape and pillage NGC.V "minority" equities investors.
Sure. The Bissett Creek property could be a good asset to own for another company financially most capable and some day prepared to finally develop said asset into hosting an actual graphite mining operation which could be operated consistently profitably.
I expect when the industrywide consolidation of Natural graphite projects begins in earnest, perhaps only after would anybody be willing to consolidate unto themselves the Bissett Creek property.
How long had it been that Greggory Boews et al attempted to raise enough capital with which to bring into production the Bissett Creek property, 25 years or so?
Greggory Bowes is simply a failure in said respect. He is a hasbeen and is all washed up.
Chances are the Bissett Creek asset get optioned off and then entirely sold off in exchange for similar compensation to the compensation which Nouveau Monde Graphite provided for Mason Graphite.
"Sprott" representatives could decide to drive NGC representatives to undertake actions of desperation, actions which would not in any way benefit we NGC.V "minority" equity investors.
I have absolutely no inclination to come across here as being optimistic about anything Hugues Jacquemin et al have anything at all to do with Harley103; and no, I will not sell a single share in order to crystalize my losses just yet.
I don't care that it's tax loss harvesting season
