as far as i remember Canadian gov opposed getting china or.. involved in C series
only France was Allowed
All this was orchestrated by the guy named P. FITZGIBBON,

HE WORKED FOR BENEFITS OR AIR BUS, NOT BENEFITS OF BBD
HE HELPPED STEELING THE C SERIES FROM BBD AND HAND IT TO AIR BUS
