Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Its not that I didn't see anything coming. I have been awaiting a seasonally weak pull back that to date did not arrive. I have too much powder given that we did not get the pull back I was awaiting. This is strictly in lieu of cash replacement and as such daily fluctuations are of little consequence. Sure I could have picked up a tiny fractionally higher yeild today but that is the way it goes. I look at the larger picture right now versus the minute to minute daily moves. Besides that day is not over yet either.
