Your motive is so clear from someone that joined yesterday TenTonActionValueHunterLarry.
So both parties should stop and do and assessment ?? Yeah no... TUD will have a PEA and doesn't have to negotiate with anyone to do that. Nor should they stop speneding to get that done. Your motive seems clear to me ... don't let Ken get that PEA out and any cost. As ot would then grind SEA to a halt. What you don't get is SEA should be trying to talk to TUD and not the other way around.
