a2bman, no worries, my investment in FEC is tiny.

I'm just checking out this TENDER process to see how everything happens to gain experience and knowledge as I've never done anything like this before.

I'm learning lots..... and sharing on what I'm learning, atleast what happening with my tender.

With what I know so far, if FEC was a company that I was interested in owning before announcement of tender, I would have went BIG when the Tender was announced.

But FEC isn't a company that I was interested in owning. It was the Tender that interested me.
