I wonder.....

I wonder.....Apart from Marquest making life a challenge for the share price...I wonder, are insiders( major share) holders playing the short game? Doesn't really add up when the board is so passive about getting things done. The up/ down cannot be exclusively Marquest because they are done Oct 20. Somebody likes this situation for sure.
