Well, as I calculated in this post Merger DD: Pre-Merger Financing Is Good For SGNL, people participating in SGNL's financing is the best option to increase your number of NEXG shares after the merge for the same amount of money you want to invest.

If you cannot participate in the financing, buying SGNL shares below 9 cents on the market is still favourable for you as it's cheaper than the current 0.097 valuation the deal is giving (at 78 cents for a NEXG share right now). 

In addition, I do not think that NEXG shareholders will vote against the merge, so if you want more voting power in determining the outcome of the deal, than SGNL is also your best option.

All in my humble opinion.
