This should be a legit big move as we establish a new base re: share price & investors.  When you consider the pointed content/confidence of that email as well as the recent escalation of positive NRs re: the data/science & outside interest, Big Pharma is likely sniffing around the edges like a K-9 to cocaine...

It's no secret that Pharma has been feeling the growing pressure of expiring patents & the tightening pinch of expensive manufacturing/operating costs (particularly for biologics).  Therefore, R&D expenses have to ratchet up & be streamlined as much as possible.  I can't think of a better solution than finding a more cost-effective drug/approach that will appease the payors (government, insurers & HMOs).  Our small molecule drug (SMD)/ACT provides a perfect opportunity imo.

Unlike many current treatments/biologics, an SMD is generally less expensive to manufacture, is generally more stable than biologics (i.e. lesser proclivity to degrade = sustained efficacy, long shelf-life, easier/less expensive handling & storage), is system/patient/treatment burden-friendly & can be a more cost-effective approach.  When you add on the potential of not only having a one-and-done or more versatile treatment, but also an SMD that has "multiple indication" potential, Pharma should be salivating at the margins & readying to open its warchest post BTD.  All imo.  Good times are arriving soon...
