RE:RE:RE:Pros And Cons : Goliath vs THE BEAST (Goldboro) OK, I invited only shareholders to the discussion but if you keep it nice and respectful like this, I guess we can tolerate your presence if the other shareholders agree. Thanks for your comments (really). Just so you know, and I told you before, I used the latest published NI-43-101 reports available + the latest published news releases as references to initiate the discussion.
Here are some corrections regarding some of the statements you said about Royalties:
Sprott Resources has 2.2% NSR on all the gold that will be extracted from the ground. That represents, using your $2700 for an ounce of gold, near 60$ an ounce. Plus all the other royalties from 1% to 2.5% or some land package. Plus the yearly payment of $100k (which is payable even if you're not producing). All this cumulate. So I think we are far from your 27$ an ounce calculations.
Also, you sound like it's a good thing to have royalty on a property. Is it really your opinion? If so, are you suggesting that "Royalties are present on the properties" be put on the PROS for NexGold?
You corrected your mistake about Nebari: yes they will get ONLY 0.6% NSR and they will apply post-merge. The discussion here is pre-merge so there is actually NO royalty on Goldboro.
Thinking about permitting process and first nations involvement are good points, but pretty tough to assess as anything could jeopardize these processes on one side or the other. I got the impression that Morgan said in the interviews that Goldboro was nearer than Goliath (could someone confirms please) so that's why I put that statement.
So all in all, since you agree that Goldboro brings more to the table than Goliath, can we leave the PROS and CONS like it is?
Any other wanting to contribute?
