They have 24% of shares of insiders and institutions have supported this deal.. But the share holder vote of 66 2/3% is required for it to be completed so who knows.. If I am still holding the shares by the time vote come around, I wll vote a resounding "NO" to it..

Let's see if another offer shows up.. It is after all going for peanuts at these prices.. Too bad.. We had such a subpar management..
