State Water Project Supply Allocations

State Water Project Supply Allocations"Largely due to environmental causes, the reliability — expressed in percentage of allocation made available to water agencies — is down to 51% without any climate change considerations, and down into the low 40s with climate change factored in, Neisler said." - Tehachapi News

This shows the importance of having the newest version of the Regional Urban Water Management Plan completed before even reviewing any Water Assessment for Sage Ranch. I have to think that the 2020 overdue report will actually be rolled into a newer up to date 2024 Report.

"-Staff is seeing progress in discussions with the City of Tehachapi on the 2020 RUWMP and they are working on a collated set of comments between the participating agencies. He will continue to update the Board on progress."- October 16th TCCWD Board Package

I definitely sense all parties are going to be very meticulous and cautious moving forward with a new EIR for Sage Ranch on the backburner for now.
