RE:Insider Buying 10k sharesHe's buying in ahead of Q3 earnings release in a couple weeks. 

So far in 2024, most of Verticalscope's FCF has been going towards debt, less than 10% going to share buybacks but that might change if the share price stays low like this. They also eliminated ~19% of their total net debt outstanding in the first 6 months of 2024. At their current pace, they will be at or very near 0 net debt by end of 2025 so they will need to allocate more FCF to buybacks or acquisitions at some point.
