The purchase of the patents was probably a steal for Celestial AI. Wasn't Rockley into wearables having something to do with Apple? Poet Technologies deals with Celestial AI for several years for their photonic fabric. Poet has agreements with both Foxconn and Luxshare that deal with Apple? Since wearables will be a huge growing industry sector and DL formerly from Poet has stayed on with Poet's contribution towards Celestial's photonic fabric, perhaps an industry integration between these partners and customers is on the cusp? Or simply, Celestial might be doing Poet a favor by bringing the wearables market closer to Poet sooner? Afterall, Poet and Celestial AI seem to have a very close and secretive business relationship.
