ProMotion of the company leaves a lot to be desired . We've been waiting for NR's, then we get two of them under one release. WTH, why didn't they break them up and release on different days, iit was one of the longest headlines ever published !

Not sure this size offer is black and white, could be an insider with cheap options exercised, or a long term investor whose patience is eroded OR a major keeping a lid on the share price like they're doing with AMK. All to be revealed when it gets filled.
