RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:No one is talking about...As he  had  a  position  with SOT his  offer  if  any  would  represent a conflict of  interest  meaning he would  have  no  say  in it.   Perhaps  his   offer  (  if  any)  was   considered to be  too  low.
