Knowing how PURELY CAD reits will perform or react while the US 10 year, 5 yr, 2 yr remains "elevated" at 4%+, while BOC needs to go aggressive to some say lower than 3% by early next year...

I mean, if your RIOCAN/DREAM office you easily have privaet market buyers that can pay a 4-6% cap rate

but then, they need to trade with the risk free rate

its truly a toss up as to which rate will win, probably in this scenario downside is protected but also upside

ALL I know, is if the margin-rate < reit SAFE dividend, its a good buy. AM I WRONG?
