I found this article that summarizes the Evome story well.  The author also agrees that the sale of Damar is the final piece.  If they resolve the debt issue with that sale and they start adding new white label products and grow biodex, which I think they will, then this is really undervalued.  But they need to continue to execute like they've been doing in the last year.
