RE:RE:Time to stop the beating...All fine and good, Dragon.
But don't be naive when you read those NI 43-101 Technical Reports, PEA's, FS's and press releases.
Many times what they don't say is more telling than what they do say.
And you can turn a sow's ear into a silk purse with careful wording if you are so inclined.

I  made a living out of evaluating potential mergers and acquistions for viable mining companies. I was part of a due diligence team that evaluated countless prospective mines and prospects, some in great detail for many weeks.  And yes, I've authored some NI 43-101 resource estimations and technical reports.  I had to be very careful at times to please the 'owner' without crossing lines.  Sometimes you fell like a used car salesman. Other times you are genuinely excited about the upside of the project and anxious to get the good news to the markets.

From my jaundiced eye, SEDAR is at least 75% full of technical reports which are pumping through rose colored glasses. Take that for what it's worth.

I can tell you that with my eyes, I'd have never recommended Pumpkin Hollow as a 'good value' with a 'tremendous upside'.  It just was never there.
