PAYING DIVIDENTS BEFORE BRINGING L DEBT DOWN IS A VERY BADIDEA AND I BELIVE BBD MANAGEMENT ARE SMARTENOUGH NOT TO DO THAT

why investores are worring abot getting few cents in dividents while paying debts will increase rating and shar price will gain 10 -20-30 % !!!!
