RE:Pre Merger stock value diff between Signal and NexGGNH...just my 2 cents worth in regards to the post.
Quite the difference...very odd that both share prices don't move more uniformily...perhaps they will as we get closer to December when this merger is supposed to finalize. Certainly explains the high volume on the Signal side of the house as compared to NexG volume (VERY LOW). Perhaps it will stay her and provide a carrot to anyone interested in the Signal financing...

It looks like the SGNL financing is not going to be an issue :) I am curious as to whether the Morgan Stanley selling 7.5 million shares since the announcement will be relevant in the placement. They could very well be selling, and using the funds to participate in the new financing and get the warrants.
But a note on the high volume on SGNL side vs very low volume on the NEXG side.
You can't just look at the number of shares traded.
Since the announcement Oct 10.
NEXG has traded over $3 million in shares. Sgnl has traded about half the value at $1.487 million.
Today, SGNL traded $149 000 worth of shares (90 + percent sold by Morgan Stanley)
But NEXG traded $250 000 worth of shares.
Both significant. I think people will like this deal. And with the over allotments today, that could give them several more million of cash if everything else goes through.
Good luck.
